Annachiara joined Cambridge Associates in 2000 and has more than 20 years of investment and impact experience. Annachiara is the lead investor for clients whose assets range from $75m to $4bn. Several of these clients are pursuing ambitious ESG integration strategies for the portfolio, ranging from fossil divestment, impact investing carve outs and net zero carbon targets. She also co-chairs the firm’s Sustainable and Impact Investing Council, a cross-practice group that drives content and strategy on SII topics.  She served as co-head of the European Endowment and Foundation Practice and leads the firm’s Italian business.

Annachiara is a frequent speaker at European client and industry conferences and regularly contributes to firm research on impact investing trends and strategies. In 2019, she co-authored A Summary of Climate Change Science for Investors. In 2020, she co-authored The Materiality of Sustainability for Investors.

Prior to joining Cambridge Associates, Annachiara was in the investment banking division of Lazard & Freres Italy. She also worked for Sunguard in London, specialising in risk management for complex portfolios.

Annachiara is a CFA Charterholder. She earned her MBA from Yale School of Management and a MA in Economics from UniversitàCommerciale L. Bocconi.
