  • Andrea AuerbachGlobal Head of Private Investments, Cambridge Associates

    Andrea is Global Head of Private Investments and a member of the Leadership Team at Cambridge Associates, where she leads a 50-person global team sourcing and underwriting private equity, growth equity, distressed, and venture capital funds, as well as direct, co-investment, and secondary investment opportunities. She is the chair of the Co-investment and Secondaries Investment Committees and a member and former chair of the firm’s Private Investment Committee. Her career with CA spans more than two decades.

    Andrea has co-authored a significant amount of in-depth private investment research, backed by over 40 years of CA’s proprietary data. Andrea is frequently asked to keynote at private investment industry conferences worldwide. She is also a faculty member at the Institutional Limited Partner Association (ILPA) Institute, where she has taught classes for over a decade. She has received many industry accolades including “Knowledge Broker All-Star” by Chief Investment Officer magazine in 2020.

    Andrea joined Cambridge Associates in 2001 as Head of International Private Equity and Venture Capital Research. Prior to that, she was a Senior Director in the Private Equity Group at Prudential Insurance and began her career in that firm’s Leverage Buyout Group where she led early efforts to benchmark Prudential’s $5 billion buyout portfolio, and domestic and European private equity and venture capital fund investment portfolios, among other investment responsibilities.

    Andrea received her MBA from Harvard Business School and a BA in Economics from Smith College.

  • Dan AylottHead of European Private Investments, Cambridge Associates

    Dan is a Managing Director specialising in Private Investments and is based in Cambridge Associates’ London office. Dan leads Cambridge Associates’ EMEA PE and VC research team and also advises clients on the construction and management of custom global private investment portfolios. He works with a variety of clients, including UK and US pension funds, private wealth clients and foundations.

    Dan has more than 20 years of private investments experience. Before joining Cambridge Associates in 2012, Dan was programme manager responsible for private equity at Kedge Capital. Prior to this, Dan was a portfolio manager at BP Investment Management, where he helped to manage the BP Pension Fund’s global private equity programme. Earlier in his career, Dan was a member of the investment teams at asset managers Pinebridgeand Aviva Investors, where he was primarily responsible for private equity fund investments in Europe.

    Dan received a BSc in Mathematics from the University of Southampton. He is a CIMA Charterholderand Investment Management Certificate Holder.

  • Kyle BlackburnInvestment Managing Director, Cambridge Associates

    Kyle is a Managing Director at Cambridge Associates. He joined the firm in 1998 and has nearly 20 years of investment experience. Kyle manages institutional portfolios on a discretionary basis, and serves a number of endowments, foundations, and private family clients. In his role, Kyle leads private investment manager idea generation and oversight for his clients.

    In addition to his work as a Director of Private Investments for his clients, Kyle has held various roles in Cambridge Associates’ private investment practice, including focusing on investment manager research and private investment analytics.

    Kyle received his MBA from The Graduate School of Business Administration at Northeastern University and a BA in Business Administration from Franklin Pierce University.

  • Olga Braun-CanglSenior Investment Director, Cambridge Associates

    Olga is a Senior Investment Director at Cambridge Associates and is, based in Munich. Olga joined Cambridge Associates in 2022 and focuses on the building and management of Private Markets portfolios for institutional clients across Europe.

    Before joining Cambridge Associates, Olga spent 14 years with AllianzGI, where she contributed to shaping AllianzGIPrivate Markets capabilities from different investment and advisory roles in the Munich and New York offices. She managed and advised institutional clients in the building of customized Private Markets Portfolios for European institutional clients. She served as a member of the investment committee and lead sourcing activities for Private Credit, including co-investments and secondaries, Private Equity, and Infrastructure. She also supported executive management, advising on potential strategic acquisition targets and M&A opportunities. Prior to that, Olga began her career in 2002 as a portfolio manager and hedge fund analyst at Berenberg Bank and UniCredit.

    Olga earned her Master of Science from the University of Munich (LMU) in 2002 and is a certified EUREX Trader and Hedge Funds Consultant (ebs). Voluntarily, she serves the 100 Women in Finance board in Germany and Munich Student Investment Club e.V.

  • Orlando BravoFounder & Managing Partner, Thoma Bravo

    Orlando Bravo is a Founder and Managing Partner of Thoma Bravo. He led Thoma Bravo’s early entry into software buyouts and built the firm into one of the largest software investors in the world. Today, Orlando directs the firm’s strategy and investment decisions in accordance with its principles of partnership, innovation and performance.

    Orlando has overseen over 420 software and technology acquisitions conducted by the firm, representing more than $235 billion in enterprise value.[1] Forbes named him “Wall Street’s best dealmaker” in 2019, and he was dubbed “Private equity’s king of SaaS” by the Financial Times in 2021.

    Orlando was born in Mayaguez, Puerto Rico. He graduated Phi Beta Kappa with a bachelor’s degree in economics and political science from Brown University in 1992, and earned a JD from Stanford Law School and an MBA from the Stanford Graduate School of Business in 1998.

    He is the Founder and Chairman of the Bravo Family Foundation, which aims to provide young adults in Puerto Rico with access to opportunity. In 2019, Mr. Bravo committed $100 million to the Foundation’s Rising Entrepreneurs Program (REP) with the goal of fostering entrepreneurship on the island. In addition, he has been personally involved in responding to the hurricanes that have devastated communities across Puerto Rico, providing an additional $20 million in funding for humanitarian and relief efforts following Hurricanes Maria (2017) and Fiona (2022).

    The Orlando Bravo Center for Economics Research at Brown University supports innovative research, training and collaborative projects for faculty and students in the Department of Economics. At Stanford Law School, Orlando created the Bravo Family Public Interest Post-Graduate Fellowship Fund to support students seeking full-time employment in public interest.

    Orlando’s philanthropic interests also include causes in healthcare. He endowed faculty scholar and fellow positions at Stanford University’s Sean N. Parker Center for Allergy Research and supports a wide range of medical research. He is a member of the Board of Trustees at Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center.

  • Omri BenayounGeneral Partner, Partech

    Omri Benayoun is General Partner at Partech, co-managing the Growth strategy. He joined in May 2014.

    He currently is a board member of portfolio companies Amboss, Billogram, CyberVadis, NA-KD, Rohlik, and Skello.

    He led the investments in Brandwatch (sold to Cision in 2021) and Ecovadis (Partech stake sold to CVC, GA, Astorg in 2020 and 2022).

    Before joining Partech, Omri had senior executive positions at retail group Casino (joined the executive committee in 2010 as EVP Corporate Planning and Strategy and in 2012, was promoted to Deputy CEO at Cdiscount.com. Omri also worked for software giant Dassault Systemes, where he led the Corporate development department from 2007 to 2010. He started his career as a high-level civil servant at the French Ministry of Economy.

    Omri is an alumni of Ecole Polytechnique and Corps des Mines.

    Omri is married with two daughters. He loves chess, jazz, rock climbing and walking in nature.

  • Shanshan CaoSenior Managing Director, Centerbridge

    Shanshan joined Centerbridge in 2007 and currently focuses on investments in the Healthcare and Industrials sectors. Prior to joining Centerbridge, Shanshan was an Investment Banking Analyst at Citigroup Global Markets in the Financial Entrepreneurs Group.

    Shanshan received a B.S., summa cum laude, from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania and was elected to Beta Gamma Sigma.

  • Marc ChowrimootooManaging Director and Portfolio Manager, Private Credit, Hayfin Capital Management LLP

    Mr. Chowrimootoo is a Managing Director and Portfolio Manager for Private Credit, focusing on sourcing, analysing investment opportunities, and providing portfolio management across the private credit strategies. Prior to joining Hayfin, Mr. Chowrimootoo was a Managing Director at Goldman Sachs based in Paris, leading its Credit Finance footprint expansion across Europe, having started his career as a banking and capital markets attorney at White & Case. Mr. Chowrimootoo graduated from St John’s College Oxford in 1998, where he read Law and Law Studies in Europe.

  • Eric DavisDirector, Corporate Investments, Tennessee Valley Authority

    Eric Davis, Director, Corporate Investments, is responsible for managing TVA’s investment portfolios.  These include over $4 billion of assets with the objective of mitigating over $20 billion of future obligations.  Management of these assets involves monitoring the portfolios for suitability, purposing alterations to the investment policy, selection and monitoring of managers to ensure compliance and performance criteria are met, and adjusting asset allocation to ensure investments remain consistent with the overall objectives of TVA and with current financial and economic trends.

    Eric previously served as the Program Manager of Investment and Risk Management for the TVA Retirement System.  He was responsible for managing the Retirement System portfolio with defined benefit assets in excess of $8 billion to fund annual benefit payments of over $700 million to more than 22,000 retirees.  This role also involved oversight of the investment options for the System’s $3.5 billion of defined contribution assets with over 14,000 participants.

    Prior to this role, Eric worked in Corporate Finance on the management of corporate investment assets and supported TVA’s $20 billion financing program.

    Eric currently serves on the TVA Retirement System Board of Directors and is Chair of the Investment Committee.

  • Kenly DrakeInvestment Managing Director, Cambridge Associates

    Kenly has over ten years of private equity investment experience and has been with Cambridge Associates since 2015. She is a Managing Director and a founding member of our firm’s secondaries practice, specializing in sourcing and evaluating private equity investments and managing private equity portfolios.

    Prior to joining Cambridge Associates, Kenly worked at Pomona Capital, a venture capital and private equity firm in New York, where she focused on investment analysis for secondary portfolio, secondary direct, and co-investment transactions. She was responsible for evaluating over 100 transactions, representing $5.5billion across a broad range of industries and various transaction sizes ($5million to $1billion). She was also involved in deal origination, transaction execution, and business development activities.

    Kenly received her MBA from Tuck School of Business, Dartmouth College and a BA in Religion and Music from Amherst College.
